We use UPS for all of our wine shipments. All orders are shipped and delivered during regular business days, Monday-Friday. Most orders received after 2:00 p.m. are processed the next business day. All orders are processed as quickly as possible and packaged securely for shipment. Delivery is estimated 3-5 business days for West Coast and 7-10 days for East Coast and Alaska, weather permitting. We can provide a tracking number for your order upon request.
We do not offer International sales or shipping at this time. UPS cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so PLEASE provide a physical address where someone 21 or older can sign for the wine. All packages containing alcohol must be signed for by an adult (21 or older) upon delivery. UPS packages containing alcohol will not be left at door step. UPS will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol 3 times before returning it to Estate d’Iacobelli Winery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there is a day that would be the best for delivery. Please note, Estate d’Iacobelli Winery is not responsible for additional shipping charges should this happen.
By law, wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are 21 years old or older. By placing your order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old or older. When your wine is delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to show identification to verify that he or she is of legal age.
Please contact us in regards to any bottle(s) of wine from Estate d’Iacobelli that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory for resolution. We are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
All damaged packages must be reported to us via email@example.com within 7 business days to submit a claim. All contents, packaging will need to be kept for UPS to do their investigation. A copy of the invoice for the wine must be sent to us to submit UPS with the paperwork. Expect 30-45 days for refunds for all approved claims.
It is the customers responsibility to properly plan delivery when there are extreme weather issues in your area. Claims will not be paid for packages effected during extreme cold or heat.
By law, we are not allowed to ship to all states. Additionally, some states have limits and restrictions on quantities of wine we are allowed to ship. Please refer to the table below for details.
